1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduLead School Management System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

EduLead is a comprehensive school management system that provides tools for academic administration, student management, and financial tracking. The Service includes:

  • Student information management
  • Academic records tracking
  • Financial management
  • Communication tools
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Mobile applications for offline access

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Important Payment Terms:

  • Full term payment must be completed within two (2) months from the beginning of the current academic term.
  • Failure to complete full payment within three (3) months from term start will result in automatic system deactivation.
  • System access will be restored only after full payment of outstanding balance.

Additional Payment Terms:

  • Subscription fees are based on student population and selected features
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Partial payments are allowed within the specified payment window
  • Late payment fees may apply

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Proper use of the system according to intended purposes

5. Data Usage and Privacy

  • User data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Schools retain ownership of their data
  • Data backups are provided but schools are encouraged to maintain their own backups
  • Data can be exported upon request

6. Service Availability and Support

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance
  • Technical support is available during business hours
  • Emergency support available 24/7 for critical issues

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including, but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of fees within specified timeframes
  • Misuse of the system
  • Upon valid request from legal authorities

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through:

  • Email notifications
  • System announcements
  • Website updates

9. Limitation of Liability

EduLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
