Take fees at a desk and sell at the canteen counter with no internet at all. It keeps what it records and sends it up when the network comes back.

A light mode and a dark mode, switchable from the sidebar.
Warns at the till about a child who cannot eat something, with the network down.

Windows 10 or later, 64-bit

Windows may warn you the first time. The installer is not signed with a paid certificate yet, so Windows says it does not recognise it. Choose More info and then Run anyway.

Installing it

Download and run the installer. It puts EduLead Desk in the Start menu.
Sign in once while you have internet — it needs one connection to learn who your school is and fetch its records.
After that it works with the network down. Whatever you take is kept on the machine and sent up the next time it can reach us.

Who can sign in. The two halves are separate permissions. Somebody collecting fees needs offline fees; somebody on the canteen or tuck shop counter needs the till. An administrator grants these under Settings, and a canteen account deliberately cannot see what a family owes.
